My website title is a ripoff of The Rosebud’s album titled, none other than, “Birds Make Good Neighbors”. I’ve had birdsmakegoodneighbors.com since April 1, 2007. Before, I used several other website names: etiphany.com, girlandhercats.com, tiffanyandrobert.com, drummerswife.com (which I really loved). I really just needed to pick one and let go of the rest, so I stuck with BMGN.
Obviously, The Rosebuds are one of my favorite artists; however, I am a bird lover as well. As a wedding gift, in April of 2006, I received a unique gift: a lovely birdfeeder with a large supply of bird food. After our honeymoon, I hung the birdfeeder up – and almost immediately witnessed the best birds in Knoxville, TN.
I spent the last 8 years living in Knoxville, Tennessee, but spent most of my life growing up in Arizona (from age 7-27). I’m 34 now (and still trying to grow up). My husband and I finally sold our home in Knoxville and recently moved back to Arizona (see blog post). We want to pay some debt off before getting back into another house. Selling our house was one of the worst experiences of our lives (due to two completely idiotic agents: Frank Goswitz and Gary Rogers of Knoxville, TN). We are now temporarily staying with my brother in his wonderful home in which we share it with my three wonderful kitties: Cleo, Boston and Vega.
My website is basically a collection of ideas, thoughts, experiences that I find interesting and hopefully others do, as well. I love being creative, which having a journal helps express – and it helps keep me in touch with my family and friends from near and afar. My anxiety journal is located here at Nervous Bird.blogspot.

Dislikes: dental/medical expenses, anxiety, dust, stoplights, complainers, cat hair, shrimp/shellfish, not having a natural tan (especially when living in Arizona!), headaches, allergies, panic attacks, sports, scorpions, animal cruelty, late fees, politics, editing
